Attracting accounting talent is a major challenge for organisations
According to the results from our latest workplace study, Balancing act: Is the accounting and finance profession ready to step up? despite the number of accountants in the job market, over half (53%) of employers are finding it difficult to attract the right accounting talent into their organisations. More than three quarters (76%) of organisations that employ accountants are still hiring, but they’re finding it increasingly difficult to attract the top talent. Read more »
