IT makes significant in-roads in the education sector

A significant rise in the levels of IT professionals seeking work in the public sector was noted in February 2008, just before the Budget announcement. The education sector in particular is often in need of some of the most cutting edge IT managers and providers, largely due to the experimental nature of the work being done in education. Add to this the absence of shareholders or a profit-focused environment, and education becomes an attractive sector for IT professionals.

However, there’s potential for retention to become an issue when looking at IT. It is clear from the Budget announcement that public services themselves will receive a boost from the reinvestment of surplus government revenue, but this money can’t simply be used to raise salaries. In order to attract and keep hold of the most talented people in IT, the public sector will need to focus on the non-monetary benefits they can offer.

the modern day man believes more in the technology than the human value. Classic example you see in the trains that people are so busy either on their laptops, mobiles etc which yet times causes nuisance.

I do respect technology and I fully support the innovations. But, besides the cyberghots, there is a beautiful human life that people can enjoy as a normal life.

Ask yourself what happens when the Internet goes down or you don’t signal on the mobile. FRUSTRATIONS>>>>. Did we human race encouter such stress levels a decade ago.
